Christina and Patricia were both wonderful and helpful in the sale of my father’s house. They have an extensive knowledge of Mountainside and the surrounding area. They are incredibly passionate, hard-working and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Christina and her sister were extremely helpful in my eight month long house search. She went above and beyond supporting me through two unsuccessful houses due to structural and environmental issues. Third time was a charm and I couldn’t be more in love with my home. I’ve been living in it for almost a year and it’s perfect for me and my kids. I owe it all to Christina!! I highly recommend the Emma Real Estate group because they have your best interest in mind through the entire home buying process.

We just bought our dream home with Christina! She was so helpful every step of the way, from meeting us late in the day as we drove in from hours away, to handling the negotiations, to inspections and walk-throughs and contractor recommendations. And she's such a sweet fun person - I'd love to have her as a friend. Highly recommended!

Patricia was such a pleasure to work with. I was buying my first home in a crazy market and was completely lost. Patricia not only had the patience for my hundreds of questions, but made the process so easy and was always so responsive. Her knowledge of the market helped us make a smart offer on a home and I know we wouldn’t be here unpacking now without her guidance! Patricia was so great through the process of buying a house, that we asked her for help with finding a tenant for the condo we were moving out of. Patricia came over in the morning to take pictures of the space and had a posting up same day. We had a tenant secured in less than a week, including credit checks, thanks to Patricia’s network and responsiveness. I will absolutely be reaching out to Patricia for any future realty needs.

Amazing realtors to work with. My wife and I were buying in a very tough market, the process was very overwhelming but once we started working with The Emma Team it was very smooth. They really know their stuff, knowledgable in market trends, know where to look, were constantly helping us and if they didn't know the answer they found it immediately. I love how they are able to back each other up because schedules can get crazy. Super responsive and very trustworthy would recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
