We can't recommend Cynthia enough! In an impossibly competitive, low-inventory market, Cynthia helped us find and secure our dream home in Summit. She coached us to be patient to make sure we were not settling when a few houses came on the market that met some but not all our criteria, and when the right opportunity came up she helped us move extremely quickly to get the house. On top of that, she was highly professional the whole process and just a lovely person to work with. Cynthia is the BEST around - period!

We had such a great experience working with Marco! When we first started looking at homes we were not sure if we were ready to actually buy. When we met Marco he instantly felt like a friend. He got to know us and understood what we were looking for, maybe even before we really knew. He was always so responsive to our questions and he never made us feel pressured to make an offer. If a house wasn’t right for us he agreed and we moved on to the next. What we anticipated to be a stressful process was made so much easier with Marco.
