As first-time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing- -but lucky for us, Marco definitely did! He made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and (dare we say it?) actually kind of fun. Marco is incredibly personable, easy to talk to and was always available to answer our endless stream of questions. Does he even sleep? We don't know, but we suspect he might run on coffee, sheer willpower, and pure determination. Throughout the home buying process, we knew Marco had our backs. He walked us through every step with clarity and care so by the end, we felt surprisingly like real, responsible adults– with a mortgage to prove it! Marco is an absolute MVP, and we wouldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our first home! 10/10, five stars- would buy a house with Marco again (but hopefully, not for a while).

Our relationship with Marco began organically a couple of years ago when we met him at an open house he was hosting. It was friend at first sight. Throughout our entire home search journey, Marco made us feel comfortable and at ease, reassuring us along the journey to remain confident and upbeat about the process, even when things were hard. He was always available to us and we never hesitated to ask a million questions because he made us feel comfortable to do so. We appreciated his support along the journey and know that he will remain a friend.

Cynthia was awesome! Super knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive through the whole home buying process! Couldn’t recommend her more highly! Helped us narrow down neighborhoods, think through school districts, resale value, the list goes on and on. She’s also fantastic at ensuring you know what homes are coming on the market, sets-up private showings, all so you’re able to get offers in early.
