We were lucky enough to meet Sara at an open house and she helped us win the bid on the property. This was not our first house purchase, and Sara exceeded our prior experience with buyers' agents. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough with each step of the buying process. We felt like we negotiated to our best advantage with her on our side. And we would highly recommend her to buyers in the area.

Cynthia Baker is the BEST in her field, hands down. She knows the market intimately, has tremendous support from her office and team, and is professional, personable, patient, and efficient. In a two day time frame, Cynthia and her team from Lois Schneider Realtors evaluated our home, agreed on listing price, and marketing strategy. A photographer and marketing analyst / writer visited our house on day 2, and at end of day had a complete marketing brochure with accompanying copy to got with the beautiful pictures and layout. Cynthia guided us on a sales/marketing strategy, and she arranged 23+ showings in three days. We were fortunate and sold the house that first weekend with multiple offers. She was also extremely helpful with getting our house ready, with miscellaneous code and inspection issues handled promptly by her group of outside contractors/experts. Could not have asked for a smoother nor stress free transaction when dealing with Cynthia.

The word “realtor” doesn’t adequately describe the job Marco does. In helping us find our dream home in Summit for over six months, Marco was our local expert, trusted advisor, master in every stage of the home buying process, and, above all else, a friend. While Marco never pushed us toward or away from a home, he was *always* there at the drop of a hat to help provide information, advice, send listings, or visit a home and provide unbiased feedback. Without Marco, the already stressful experience of unsuccessfully bidding on multiple homes would have been unbearable. With Marco, however, the experience was smooth, professional, and, in the end, hugely rewarding. I would recommend Marco without reservation to anyone buying a home in Union, Essex, or Morris Counties. Thank you for everything, Marco.

Marco did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home for our family! He was always on top of listings that came to market that he knew we would like and would always be willing to accompany us to a property no matter how last minute it was. Once we went under contract he was very helpful connecting us with the necessary people. He was very responsive and really made the home buying process fun despite this difficult market. We couldn’t recommend Marco enough to anyone looking for a broker!
