We contacted Beth after having a horrendous experience with another broker. Beth came in and was so engaging that we knew we were in the right hands. Before we signed the contract she had a stager visit our home and they both suggested some changes which made the home really stand out. Beth was always available and her team was just as supportive and available as she was. She was with us every step of the way and did everything to ensure that the house closed. I appreciate her professionalism and would recommend her to anyone who was selling or buying a home.

We recently sold our home in Scotch Plains and Beth Sullivan and Anne Weber were our realtors and worked together as a team. Both bring years of experience, knowledge and expertise with them and are the best in the business! I trust everything they tell us and in the end they have been 100% correct in all of their assessments and recommendations. We have returned to Beth and Anne as our realtors for 2 sales and a purchase. They have represented us in every type of market and each time have proven to be exceptional at what they do. From the start, Beth was so prompt in getting on the phone with us to discuss what we were looking for and answering all our questions about the area we were interested in, which we did not know too much about. We could tell she had a lot of experience in her specialized area of Westfield/Summit/Cranford/etc., as well as the surrounding areas. I grew up in a different county but she was knowledgeable enough of NJ towns to be able to make comparisons to help us decide. We’d been house hunting for about 2-3 years, went thru 3 Realtors and she was the absolute best. She really knew what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us anything that wasn’t “us”. She also went above and beyond with coming with us to see homes which was important to us as first time home buyers. There was even one day she came from Boston and was able to just “swing by” an open house we went to— we didn’t even ask her but she did! She always gave her honest opinion in the most gentle & supportive manner, which we really appreciated. Whether it was about the home itself or offer/negotiation pricing. She definitely looked out for us when there was a home that was “iffy”— a bad flip, under electrical wires, flood zones, etc. —even before we needed to do the research ourselves. When we found “the one” her negotiation expertise/strategies really shined as we always left feeling comfortable and confident with our offers. She’s definitely well connected, knowing when something is going to be available, which is a huge benefit in this crazy market. She also has a great list of referrals for all the additional services involved in buying a home— attorneys, lenders, inspectors, etc. All her referrals were solid, top notch quality people that made the overwhelming process as stress- free as possible and the most efficient. We’re so fortunate to have had such a pleasant first time buying experience guided by someone so genuine and sincere in their work and demeanor. We can’t rave about her enough, we’ve already been referring her to family and friends, even the ones looking outside her specialized area bc her work ethic/expertise is just so impressive, we’re confident they’d be happy working with her!

Beth is an exceptional broker, we had complete confidence in her from the day we signed on. She has great instincts and and calmly led us through the whole process. She was always accessible to us and helped us to navigate any issues quickly and calmly. We would give her 7 stars if we could!!!
