I’ve worked with Beth Sullivan twice now and both experiences were amazing. The first time was over 7 years ago, when I moved to Westfield. Beth was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, especially the schools and neighborhoods. Westfield has so many beautiful areas, but each one is a little different, and Beth helped me weigh the pros and cons of every house we saw and area. She respected my budget, never pressured me, and genuinely cared about finding the right home. This past April, I decided to downsize and sell my home and without hesitation, I called Beth again. She helped me stage and declutter, and thanks to her, my house sold in just three days. Three days! Last month, she helped me find and close on my new home (closed just this past Thursday!). One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and available she is. If I wanted to see a house, she made it happen fast. She takes amazing care of her clients and truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend working with her.

This market demands having an EXPERT and look no further than Beth Sullivan. She is knowledgable, responsive, and caring. Beth handled every step with grace, and made it so I never had to worry. I wish I could keep selling/buying my home so I can continue to work with Beth. I've already recommended Beth to every person I know, and am positive Beth is a friend for life. THE BEST

We contacted Beth after having a horrendous experience with another broker. Beth came in and was so engaging that we knew we were in the right hands. Before we signed the contract she had a stager visit our home and they both suggested some changes which made the home really stand out. Beth was always available and her team was just as supportive and available as she was. She was with us every step of the way and did everything to ensure that the house closed. I appreciate her professionalism and would recommend her to anyone who was selling or buying a home.

We recently sold our home in Scotch Plains and Beth Sullivan and Anne Weber were our realtors and worked together as a team.
