We turned to Paddy Kehoe and his Team when we needed to sell our Lafayette home of 45+ years. They helped us every step of the way. Paddy and his wonderful assistant Alyson were always available with advice and answers - from setting an asking price to deciding on the many necessary updates to understanding the many unfamiliar documents. We worked with his stager/decorator and contractors to modernize our home while retaining its unique character. When it came time to respond to offers, Paddy worked his magic based on years of experience. He negotiated a sale price over-asking in a housing market that was beginning to soften. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He knows the local market quite well and was able to provide insightful input on all properties I was looking at. With the competitive / low inventory market we exist in, Eric was more than willing to look at as many homes as I wanted before finding exactly the right one. When it finally came time to make the offer, Eric not only guided me to a process where we were able to avoid the bidding war, but also guided my price offer to a lower point than what I was willing to pay. I would absolutely use Eric again myself as well as recommend him to others.

We had a great experience working with Eric to buy our place. Our search parameters were fairly broad and locations beyond the core Lamorinda area. Eric was patient and accommodating with our broad focus and shared new listings, and provided prompt feedback on places of interest and that we had visited. He was diligent about pulling disclosures and connecting with selling agents to gauge level of interest and strategize on potential approaches based on interest and specific location / market. On places we became more serious about, he provided meaningful comps and added his own color. Eric was patient, helped us prioritize, and didn't pressure us. We had gotten close to pulling the trigger on putting forth an offer for a few places, so Eric's guidance and process was very helpful in our decision making. Eric was spot on in terms of pricing guidance and offer details on the place we eventually made an offer on and purchased. After our offer was accepted and all the way up to the closing, Eric was helpful in managing the process and helping to negotiate / navigate the unique issues that came up on seller and lender side. Highly recommended and was a great experience working with Eric.

Eric Larson helped us buy our home and our experience with him was nothing but exceptional! He is very thorough with his work and sets the bar really high. He takes time understanding the needs of his clients and that reflects in all his communications and advice. I have worked with other buyer's agents before but Eric stands out head and shoulders above the rest.

2021 was not an easy year to find a home, let alone purchase one at a reasonable price. Eric has the utmost patience and a great sense of the market trend. He made sure our decisions were not driven by impulse due to the high demand market. All of which eventually landed us our dream home at a sensible price point. Eric has great knowledge of Lamorinda, being a resident of the area himself. He helped us put together many competitive offers over a few months, and has given us timely and fair advice when to disengage in a bidding war. Friendly, communicative, hard-working, and honest. Eric has all the qualities of a great real estate agent. We consider ourselves truly lucky to have him as our representative!
