I have nothing but great things to say about Melanie Snow. I knew when I needed to sell our family home, I wanted to work with Melanie. She has proven herself time and time again with my friends' home sales over the years. I listed with Melanie, and our home sold at a great price in 10 days in a difficult market this year. What a great success! She had a vision and a clear timetable; she knew what to do; and she knew how to explain what improvements needed to be done in order to get the best price. Each improvement she recommended clearly resonated well with the buyers. She is surrounded by excellent people who work around the clock for her to get things done. Melanie is truly the best, and for good reason. She is incredibly proactive, knowledgable, experienced, and she gets it done! We worked with her for several years as we narrowed down what we were looking for and she was very supportive and helpful every step of the way. She works incredibly hard, makes herself always available, and I would without a doubt choose to work with her again. I have sent many friends to Melanie because she is the best in the biz (and when it comes to a decision as big as buying a home, you always want the best)! Superb experience buying our place. Melanie guided us through the entire process with sturdy advise and with a lot of TLC. She is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, very well connected with RE infrastructure (mortgage/escrow/insurance) needed to execute the deal. Matching the buyer with the right property, understanding buyer's needs, and strong negotiation skills - Melanie demonstrated she is an expert at these attributes. As we were beginning our search from San Francisco to Lamarinda, Melanie came highly recommended from a couple of different sources and it did not take long to find out why. Melanie was a trove of knowledge in every facet of home buying. Since we were not familiar with the neighborhoods, our first few trips together Melanie would curate an open-house journey, providing educational narration as we drove from house-to-house. We learned the schools and neighborhood nuances from an expert, but never felt that Melanie was pushing anything on us, rather allowing us to explore. We saw houses in all shapes and sizes pushing our comfort zone, creating excellent dialogue which would have been absent, otherwise. Fast forward several months and several dozen open houses and we found the one. This is where the value of having Melanie on your side is even more apparent. Melanie’s network is excellent and vast as she is known and respected by the entire real-estate ecosystem. Lastly, as a first time home buyer, the process is arduous and vague. Melanie not only helps simplify it but she educated us all the way through inspection and closing. I highly recommend Melanie Snow and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Melanie makes dreams come true, even under the most difficult circumstances. We partnered with Melanie to find our first home, and we could not be more thrilled with the house and the process.
