If it weren’t for Nora Isasi with the Shepherd Homes Group, it wouldn’t have worked out. I reached out to Nora and got to see the house listing very quickly. When I made the offer for the house she got it all squared away and she was able to secure a very aggressive offer because of her negotiating talent. I thought it was an easy purchase but things went sideways and it was during unexpected circumstances that you need an expert professional you can rely on to make the calls for me while I was at work, coordinate for contractors at the property and deal with the lender. If it weren’t for Nora, this deal wouldn’t have happened. I got to the finish line because of her years of experience, candor and active support from the start until closing day which was a lot of work. I highly recommend Nora!
