Nichelle did a fantastic job helping us buy a house. She was able to arrange several showings promptly and she got us a great deal on the house we wanted. She’s a good negotiator, working some extra benefits for us into the deal (e.g. we got to keep the existing washer/dryer/fridge). She’s always available and helped arrange access to the home multiple times during the closing process to expedite work we wanted to have done before move-in. We would definitely use her again for buying or selling a house.
