Where do I begin... Shanelle, Shanelle, Shanelle! Our realtor (Shanelle Prince) must be an angel in disguise. We started the process of buying a home with very high hopes. Throughout the process there were so many twists and turns, not by fault of the JST at all. In fact, if it weren't for Shanelle, Jill and team, we probably would have pulled out of the process. When Shanelle stated from the very beginning that she would be there for us, she told no lies. She constantly reassured us that we would achieve our first home and here we are moving in. Holly is the best, I couldn't thank her enough for all of her support. Buying a home can be an emotional roller coaster, it was nice having someone that genuinely cared. We love our home and are confident we would not choose anyone else if needed again. :)
