Robert and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to detail and follow through on everything. My home went on the market with all helpful ideas from the team and we had an offer the next day. My home sold so quick it was a super easy process because of Erika and Robert Santana.

Erika helped me purchase my home in late 2017. Everything about the experience was superb. She was caring and attentive as well as being knowledgeable about the entire process. It was my first time buying a home and it couldn't have gone smoother and it was all thanks to Erika's hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend hiring Erika Santana as your realtor, she will work hard to make sure the home buying experience (which can get hectic at times) is as pleasant as possible. I couldn't be happier!

We had such a wonderful experience with both Erika and Robert. They were such a delight to house hunt with. Not once did they make you feel like they needed you to pick a house fast or try and get you into something that you didnt feel too sure about. They were so patient with us and were so informative when it came to the houses and areas. They helped us find the perfect house for us that had everything we were looking for. My six year old even enjoyed tagging along and learning from Robert. The whole process was such a breeze and the communication is remarkable. They are truly available and no question is too silly. We truly are satisfied home owners now thanks to them.

Mrs. Santana has helped my family sell our old home in a smooth and easy process. I expected this entire process to be a headache, but Mrs. Santana proved me wrong - we were able to work together easily and she really made the entire affair much less tedious than I expected it to be! I definitely recommend her if you're interested in selling!
