He was very knowledgeable, and had lots of experience in the type of houses we were looking at. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind. We never felt pressured on anything. And he never had a problem with us looking at a lot of houses.

I would highly recommend Neil and Susie Bowie. They made the whole process of selling a home seamless. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are sweet and FUN! The Bowie team made my home look amazing with all of the marketing they did (videos, pictures, etc). The house sold within 48 hours!! Go Team BOWIE!!!

Neil and Susie Bowie have been long time friends as we were neighbors. We knew upfront they are very versed in current and trending market conditions, very professional in all business handlings, and did a fabulous job of marketing our home for sale. The entire process was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we have ever been involved with. They were always prompt and answered every question we had throughout the entire process. Susie and Neil added little touches throughout the entire process that helped take pressures off of us upfront such as assisting with staging our home, bringing in lots of fresh plants/flowers in vases from my curb to my back patio to give our home that special extra touch.
