Nate sold a 4 family for me with ease. I owned the building for almost 30 years and Nate made sure the transaction went smoothly. He was super nice to the tenants and went overboard to make sure their needs were taken into consideration. He represented the seller (myself) and the buyer and I feel like he did it objectively and with reason. He made the entire transaction for both of us easy. I highly recommend Nate and he will be selling my single family home when the time is right.

We chose to work with Nate after interviewing many realators. He was genuine, honest and very knowledgeable. Nate was timely in answering all and any questions we had....and we had many as first time home buyers. He always made time around our schedules for veiwings. During viewings Nate not only provided insight into the buying process but was knowledgeable on all aspects of what to look for in a home (furnace, electric, water, ect). From start to finish Nate was there for us, and will be recommending him to all our freinds purchasing in the future.

The process of purchasing a home can be very difficult at times but when you have a very experienced professional like Nate to work with it was as easy and cool as the other side of the pillow. Nate really made it a Smooth and painless process every step of the way. I must say that it was a pleasure to work with Nate and when it comes time to buy our next home and sell our current home Nate will be the first person we call on.

Put up with all my first time home buying antics. Answered the phone or called back, any hour or day of the week. Made a good recommendation for a mortgage company. I am not easy to please and I have no complaints with Nathan.
