Paul O'Rourke is amazing! He carefully explained the process, the various costs and gave accurate insight to market conditions. Our house had 3 offers after 1 weekend of Paul's virtual open house and showings. Paul provided guidance as to which offer was most likely to be most successful. It's not just about the highest offer. What really stands out about Paul is the team of title search companies, connections with contractors, other realtors and community involvement. The property was in central MA. I live in New Hampshire. Paul went to the house personally several times to meet with the bank appraiser, home inspection service, sceptic contractor, and town officials. His office responds to email and phone calls day and night. All 5 of my siblings agree that Paul & team is exceptional and he is highly recommended by us.

I cannot say enough good things about Paul! Paul brings a combination of experience and passion that led to a tremendous experience. Paul was not only responsive, but actively kept us in the loop with all aspects of our buying and selling process. Paul was also very patient with any questions or concerns we had. Paul has now assisted us with buying a home in 2015 and then selling and buying this year. His expertise and knowledge are unmatched and he is extremely competent at what he does. Paul was recommended by a family member. He handled all aspects of the transaction from pricing to closing. Also handled some maintenance issues as well as recommended a closing attorney who did an excellent job. Made it a simple process for me. Would use again, as well as recommend to others.
