I want to highly recommend Joe Abramoff for all your real estate agent needs. I met Joe in 2021 when my wife and I were exploring the possibility of selling our home and buying a new home in the area. We discussed our options with Joe and told him we were not fully committed yet but wanted to gather as much information as possible so we were ready when the right time came. With the patience of a saint, Joe listened to us and gave us straight and direct real estate information that helped guide our decision making. Joe was incredible to work with as our buying agent. Our first interaction with Joe was a few years back when we were working with another agent. We missed an open house he was hosting, but when we called, he turned around to give us a private showing on the spot. We ended up buying a different house which was not his listing… years later we reconnected with Joe, from then on, Joe took us to many showings, put in offers in a tough market, and managed to negotiate a great deal for us. He went above and beyond to make sure the sale closed on time, even when some unexpected issues popped up on the seller’s side. On top of that, Joe helped us list our home for rent and had tenants lined up within days. He’s super knowledgeable about the market and always answered our questions, no matter the time of day. Joseph made the new home purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience.
