Nathan was amazing to work with! We were first time homebuyers and he patiently guided us through the process while offering both local expertise and ideas about various property amenities and drawbacks. He was always quick with communication and proactive about updates. When our first offers didn't work out, he was quick to pivot and include ideas about what we should look for. And he was quick with communication to help us get our dream home after it came back on the market! Would absolutely recommend him as a realtor in Denver area.

I for sure thought my condo would be on the market six to seven months, Nathan had my condo under contract in seven days! Quick closing, walked me through the process step by step. Listing bonuses and perks and high quality photos are well worth it, would highly recommend!

Nathan was an outstanding agent. He came to us when we were in a tough position and had almost given up hope of buying our dream house. With Nathan, we were quickly under contract. He is knowledgeable and professional, he was always willing to answer our many questions about the process, and the advice he gave us was always solid. In the end, the sale went very smoothly. We would use Nathan's expertise again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.

Nate was highly professional and personable, guiding me as a first-time homebuyer every step of the way, from a first meeting to summarize his style and process to post-close follow-up and assistance with final projects. He combined his expertise of the market and protocols with a friendly demeanor and instilled a level of confidence in me throughout what could have otherwise been a daunting undertaking. Nate helped me evaluate properties that fit my interests/wants/needs with a variety of properties and impeccable focus. He is incredibly responsive and makes himself available even at the most inopportune of hours when something urgent is at hand. He helped immensely to recommend different lenders he knows and trusts so that I could find the right one, and guided me through critical negotiations to land on mutual terms with both the seller and lender. Nate also has great referrals for contractors and other housing professionals so that I am now getting great work done on finishing projects after closing. He remains plugged in to help get the necessary radon mitigation system installed while I'm at work, and will continue to monitor the market and my status as time moves forward and things settle down. Can't recommend Nate highly enough!!
