Margene helped this new buyer through the whole process. She was in great contact with the seller and really stepped up to bat for me getting the whole process done on time for me to move before my rent expired at prior residence.

My experience working with Margene was phenomenal. She was able to bring in buyers and sell my house. She did an amazing job negotiating as well. She was exceptionally responsive and always available. The video she had produced of my home was unbelievably well done. I would recommend her to other sellers or buyers.

Nate was an excellent sherpa during the long search for a property and finally after we found the right one. He had a very astute analysis of what would be a fair price and gave me good advice on how to pitch the offers. He knows everybody in the region and was able to get things done swiftly and efficiently -- even things that I thought might take a long time. It was pleasure working with Nate and I will be working with him in the future on a further possible real estate deal.

Jane helped us find the right place. She kept us updated with different properties that suited our needs, until we located the right one for us. We looked at a few places around Edgerton, Fort Atkinson, Milton and Janesville. She is very knowledgeable about the area, which was very helpful, since we are not originally from that area. Great personality, very professional and knowledgeable.
