Natasha did a great job in helping us acquire our new home. While our offer was accepted within a week of showing, it took almost 4 months to finally close on the house. She was helpful explaining the process and was patient with my family during this process. It was very beneficial to have her representing us during this time and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Natasha assisted us in the sale of a cooperative apartment. Natasha was familiar with the area and helped us to properly price the apartment for sale. Throughout the process, Natasha was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. She was very professional and aware of what her client needs during this process. She made excellent recommendations to enhance the value of the apartment. Natasha was able to hire outside vendors when necessary, and in this matter, worked with the co-op personnel to ensure that the apartment was cleaned, staged, ready to sell and close. She brought us accredited buyers and always provided feedback after a showing. As we were out of state during the process, we relied on Natasha to handle the selling process and to keep us informed of all necessary details. She was proactive in all aspects of the selling process. Natasha is an excellent agent and we highly recommend her.

From start to finish, Natasha was our champion! Natasha helped us find options within our price range and graciously arranged for and guided multiple tours without hesitation. As we proceeded to close on our now home, she continued to be our funny, thoughtful, and communicative agent. Any question or concern we had she would answer as soon as possible.
