Highly recommend! Thomas Caramanno from Compass, Inc. helped me purchase my first co-op apartment, and he did an excellent job from beginning to end. Thomas was thrust into our soap opera family dynamic. He made sure we, the actual sellers and buyers, stayed in charge. So, he did a great job managing family opinion and keeping a clear chain of command. He knew the fine details about Queensview in Astoria, and about Long Island. He notified us immediately as needed, and was easy to communicate with along the way. Finally, he saved the sale on closing day! That’s not a dramatization. Our buyer made some last-minute drama that was far outside the normal behavior for polite people. Nevertheless, Thomas is a professional, kept his cool, and focused on resolving the issue. He acted in my best interest and talked down the coop, as they were upset with our buyer too.
