Thomas was thrust into our soap opera family dynamic. He made sure we, the actual sellers and buyers, stayed in charge. So, he did a great job managing family opinion and keeping a clear chain of command. He knew the fine details about Queensview in Astoria, and about Long Island. He notified us immediately as needed, and was easy to communicate with along the way. Finally, he saved the sale on closing day! That’s not a dramatization. Our buyer made some last-minute drama that was far outside the normal behavior for polite people. Nevertheless, Thomas is a professional, kept his cool, and focused on resolving the issue. He acted in my best interest and talked down the coop, as they were upset with our buyer too. His calm and professional demeanor, knowledge of fine details in the market, and proactive attitude made our sale possible. Thank you, Thomas!

Thomas helped us develop a realistic checklist of features we WANTED and things to AVOID. Then, Thomas helped educate us on the options available and the process of bidding for a home. He gave me hard data that helped us structure a winning bid. He negotiated the bid on my behalf so that we secured the home of our dreams. He introduced us to an excellent lawyer who helped us immensely in the closing process. Thomas was the team captain who helped our family move into the home of our dreams. Even though it took many months, he never lost his patience with us or his faith that the deal would get done. We were very impressed and pleased with the service Thomas delivered.

This is my second time working with Thomas and I couldn’t be more impressed. Just like last time, he continued to go above and beyond to provide the guidance and knowledge that I needed throughout this whole process. He was always available anytime I needed him (which was quite often). We met a few bumps in the road and he always knew exactly what to do to fix them. His diligent efforts got me an amazing deal!
