Naseem has been excellent in helping me through the process of purchasing a home. Right from the beginning, she was meticulous in understanding my requirements, actively providing multiple options and enlisting the pros/cons of each. She is readily available on most days for house visits and has good contacts with other agents. She has good communication skills and clearly explains everything that is to know about a certain situation. Her advice helped me understand the nuances of the housing market and what to look for when making offers. After the offer acceptance, she guided me through every step of the closing process, providing contacts of loan agents, insurance agents, contractors for remodeling etc., most of which I ended up using. She even accompanied me to purchase materials for some remodeling work I had planned. Overall, I would strongly recommend choosing her as your agent.

Naseem is a highly professional realator with complete understanding of local real state rules and regulations and extremely easy to work with, not just she knows ruls and regulations to protect her client she also is an expert to come up with improvement ideas to be able to sell property for the maximum price. Naseem is the best real estate agent. She has helped me buy two houses so far. Both the times, she was good at understanding my needs and had great knowledge of the market. She was always available to answers any questions I had. She also helped point out issues with some houses that I liked but had not noticed. It was due to her that we were able to avoid some bad purchases. In addition, she is a great negotiator and helped me buy the house in a prime location under asking price. After we entered contract, she also helped me connect with a great loan agent who helped me close the house at a great rate. Naseem goes above and beyond even after the purchase is done. She was also able to list my old home for rent and get a good renter, without any additional fees from her end. Highly recommend. Cannot go wrong with her.

Naseem is very good and has immense knowledge of the market. She helped us get our home and also made sure we get it in the price range I was looking for. She also helped us with our rental property by finding the suitable tenant and also setting up the the rental agreement.
