Nancy Kogevinas and her team were all extremely professional and helpful as my wife and I searched for and ultimately purchased our home in Montecito. Her knowledge of the market, timely communication and positive attitude provided a fantastic buying experience. Nancy and her team (Linos and Sarah) provided an extremely competent service as our listing agent. We highly recommend Nancy Kogevinas as a listing broker: - she was enthusiastic about our property which made us believe she was marketing us positively - she provided sound consulting/advice so we felt informed about our options at every step - she handled sensitive issues with impressive negotiating skills which kept us out of stressful situations - the Kogevinas team handled every detail from listing thru closing. There were pleasant surprises at every step of the process as the team dealt with everything from scheduling inspections to filing forms - the team was always present at the property for all showings, inspections, etc. They spent many hours on site, ensuring a safe process and 100% responsiveness to third party questions - we have bought and sold properties in the past. We were very impressed with Nancy and Linos Kogevinas. They really took the time to get to know our property, gave us great suggestions on how to improve the curb appeal of our home, and put together a great marketing package. Their suggestions helped immensely to facilitate the sale of our home very quickly, which was previously on the market for several years. Being a Plastic Surgeon I am quite impressed if i find anyone who has knowledge, integrity and ability of a true professional! That is Nancy! She was better than I could have hoped for and this is the second home she helped us with. If you are looking to sell your home or buy one she is the BEST!
