Michelle helped me look at several properties during the course of a month. I never felt pressured towards putting in offer in on anything I didn't truly want, and I was never pushed to look at any properties or types of properties I was not interested in. When I found a house I liked, Michelle gave me an extremely thorough rundown of the entire home buying process and gave me several tips on making an enticing offer in an incredibly competitive market. She gave me detailed information on everything that I could include in an offer and at the end gave me a bulleted rundown of every question I had to answer before making an offer. As a first time home buyer this made everything very simple and easy for me to follow, and she was available rapidly via text whenever I needed any help understanding something. I had a very tight closing window and Michelle provided an invaluable timeline of when exactly I needed to have everything done, which was a huge help to making sure I got everything done on time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area.

Michelle’s name popped up when I was researching agents with experience in selling condos in the North Laurel Area in Howard County. Upon meeting her it was immediately apparent she was the agent for me. After walking through my recently renovated condo, she was confident a quick sale at top dollar would not be a problem. Given the recent climb in interest rates, I was not as optimistic. She recommended we list the property as “coming soon” for a short period to garner interest before putting it on the market. In less than a week we had an offer for more than the listing price and the rest is history. She walked me through the process from beginning to end. Responsive, proactive, professional, and made what could have been a stressful process go seamlessly smooth. She will be my go-to realtor in future real estate transactions.

It was a pleasure working with Michelle to find our new home. My husband and I looked at several homes over the past year and a half and Michelle was always available to answer any and all of our questions. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Michelle did a phenomenal job in bringing us to our beautiful new home. She was attentive every step of the way and available most anytime we had a question, no matter how small. Michelle made the absolutely daunting task of buying our first home possible, and walked us through the entire process. Her advice was sound and logical and she was able to paint all the options available to us, which resulted in us beating out the other buyers. 100% recommended!!!
