Christon and the whole firm did a fantastic job for my family.They went above and beyond what they had to do.I live in Pa. and they were just wonderful in doing whatever they could to sell my daughters house.I just can't praise them enough.i am so grateful for them and appreciate everything they have done.

As a first time home-seller, Dave made a complex business arrangement into an easy and enjoyable experience. He was able to mitigate my anxiety by gaining my trust and confidence in his competence and integrity. Mike was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. It seemed more like a partnership then a static business arrangement. I felt that Mike sincerely wanted what was best for me. He was always encouraging me; suggesting ways to get the house in shape for viewing; and, clarifying all the finer details of the sale. Consequently, it should not have come as a surprise that my house sold for much more them the initial asking price. And as we were finalizing the administrative details, Kelly was also supportive, always patient, and very professional. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I not only walked away with a great business deal, but I also gained two friends.

My husband and I have worked with 3 realtors throughout our time as homeowners and, take it from me, Christon is in a class all her own. There's no comparison. She's not just a Real Estate Agent. She doesn't just sell houses. She has a level of expertise that far exceeds her years of experience. Christon's understanding of the local area, experience in pricing and staging, and understanding of the nuances of real estate negotiations are beyond what you'll receive with your typical Agent. She helped us find a great financing partner and, most importantly, Christon's ethics were beyond reproach. She was always honest and straightforward, and it was clear that she actually cared about our family and steered us away from making bad decisions on several occasions. I trust her, and that's why I feel so good about recommending her to others. Her services didn't come cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for and Christon's expertise was worth every penny. Christon had our not-so-perfect house under contract for tens-of-thousands above asking price within about 3 days, and then she helped us buy another beautiful home for a below-market price, with equity built in. We've been in that home now for nearly 3 years, we haven't encountered any surprises, and I take a lot of comfort in knowing that moving into our current home was one of the most solid financial decisions we've ever made. I cannot recommend Christon highly enough. Buying and/or selling a home is complicated process that can have long-term impacts on your financial wellbeing. We've listed with Agents who charged lower fees and they were awful. I'd gladly pay a little more to work with Christon time and time again.
