I can’t say enough good things about Eric Figurelle,! Buying a home out of state could have been really stressful, but Eric made the whole process smooth and worry-free. Eric was incredibly responsive—always quick to answer questions and keep me updated. When I couldn’t be there in person, he stepped in to represent me, checked on the property, and made sure everything stayed on track. Eric also negotiated a fair deal that I felt great about. On top of all that, he was just easy to work with—professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. I’d absolutely recommend Eric Figurelle and the Figurelle Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors to anyone buying or selling.

Eric did a fantastic job helping me sell my home in Baltimore. As someone residing in a different state, Eric made the whole process of selling my property remotely very easy and stress free. He advised me well and was able to facilitate all the repairs and staging needed to sell the home reasonably quickly and for a good price. He was also the agent who helped my purchase the same house more than 10 years earlier which is why I chose to work with him again for this sale. Would definitely work with him again if I return to the Baltimore area.

Chris was an exemplary agent as he was professional and had a great attitude despite my unsatisfaction with the real state market for every house I looked out was followed by a stern "no" on my part. Or as my husband likes to say, I have champagne taste with a beer budget in Baltimore City. Chris took it al in good stride and helped me navigate easily through the whole house buying process, from selection, through negotiation, and finally to the end of the real state rainbow we all seek called "closing". To say the least, that was a delightful experience, as even that was simple and well catered by Chris as he walked me through my new home, took me to his agency and we signed the papers in a breeze that few have experienced. I would highly recommend him to family and friends, and IF I ever sell my house, I would gladly reach out to him and his agency so we can venture forth together.

Eric was fantastic. He made the process streamlined, easy to follow, and fun! He made it clear through his actions that he had my best interests at heart as a buyer by pointing out perks and flaws I had missed. He was very helpful during the offer negotiations and ensured that I won with fair terms. Highly recommend!

Eric was amazing right from the start and we got lucky that he happened to be the first realtor we ran into when we started looking for a home. I'm a first time home buyer and he was very very patient with me and helped me consistently for what was a very long-two month house search. He always answered ASAP, and would get me into houses at speeds that I'd literally ask myself, how did he do that so fast? I'm sure I'm not the only person he was helping. But he made me feel as if I was. Answered on weekends, morning or night. Most importantly, he's incredibly friendly.
