Eric was amazing right from the start and we got lucky that he happened to be the first realtor we ran into when we started looking for a home. I'm a first time home buyer and he was very very patient with me and helped me consistently for what was a very long-two month house search. He always answered ASAP, and would get me into houses at speeds that I'd literally ask myself, how did he do that so fast? I'm sure I'm not the only person he was helping. But he made me feel as if I was. Answered on weekends, morning or night. Most importantly, he's incredibly friendly.

We have worked with Eric to purchase multiple homes and have even recommended him to friends who have had similar experiences to us. Eric is knowledgeable, discerning, and helpful, and always made sure to put our needs first and find a home that was perfect for us in every way. We were completely at ease and got exactly what we wanted (at a great price point!) each time. We highly, highly recommend working with Eric!

Eric and his team helped me quickly and efficiently get through every step of the sales process. He was clear on expectations of what it would take to get the house sold and for the price he anticipated. They worked tirelessly around a holiday weekend and helped us get the house sold quickly.

Where do I begin? I had viewed so many houses on Zillow and stubbled on Eric. I was in full panic mode and needed a house ASAP. Eric was patient and kept me calm because I had only a few days/weeks to find a place to live. He found me the home of my dreams house and it is perfect. The house is everything I wanted, from the location to the interior design. He is defiantly passionate about his job and treated me with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. This was my first time buying a house, so I had no idea what I was getting myself into, or know anything about the process. He sat me down and explained everything to me. When it came time for closing, the process was so unbelievably smooth and easy. He kept me calm and sat back and watched me while I enjoyed buying my first house! I look up to Eric and hope everyone uses him in the future because not only is he a restate agent, but he is also an honest friend!
