Eric did an outstanding job selling a rental property that I owned in Federal Hill. He got the property under contract after just four days on market and helped us close quickly and smoothly. As a real estate professional myself, I appreciate the hustle, responsiveness, and professionalism it takes to execute. Eric managed the majority of the process, stayed on top of details, and communicated promptly throughout the transaction. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell. He gets the job done!

Eric was the seller's agent for the home I bought. The contract stated that Eric would have the sellers move out by 9 am for the walk through and, at 10am, settlement would ensue. Prior to the settlement date, my agent mentioned this numerous times to Eric who ensured us the sellers would be out by 9 AM. I arrive for the walk through and I was shocked to see the sellers had only started moving out at the time of the walk through and, to put salt on the wound, neither the seller nor Eric were sorry about it. I expressed my dismay to them by mentioning that I had taken the day off of work to see this through in addition to two cleanings; I had a packed schedule that day. He replied with "Oh then you have time" instead of with "I'm sorry, this should not be happening, we apologize," essentially, relieved that i could shoulder this burden they created in violation of the contract. He said to come back in 2-3 hours and they'll be out, without acknowledging that they should have been out by the time I arrived at 9 am. I was irritated by his nonchalant attitude and disregard for my time. Because of settlement being moved back, I had to cancel two scheduled cleanings, one of which incurred a cancellation fee, due to Eric's lack of common decency and integrity. Glad to never see him or the sellers again.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric Figurelle,! Buying a home out of state could have been really stressful, but Eric made the whole process smooth and worry-free. Eric was incredibly responsive—always quick to answer questions and keep me updated. When I couldn’t be there in person, he stepped in to represent me, checked on the property, and made sure everything stayed on track. Eric also negotiated a fair deal that I felt great about. On top of all that, he was just easy to work with—professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. I’d absolutely recommend Eric Figurelle and the Figurelle Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors to anyone buying or selling.

Eric did a fantastic job helping me sell my home in Baltimore. As someone residing in a different state, Eric made the whole process of selling my property remotely very easy and stress free. He advised me well and was able to facilitate all the repairs and staging needed to sell the home reasonably quickly and for a good price. He was also the agent who helped my purchase the same house more than 10 years earlier which is why I chose to work with him again for this sale. Would definitely work with him again if I return to the Baltimore area.
