I had the fortune to work with Jennifer in the process of buying my first home. She was very efficient, professional, responsible and was able to support me throughout the whole process making it feel smooth. She has very good networking in the area and even after closing, she remains helpful to guide me through house maintenance questions. Jennifer is also very transparent and honest, but never felt pressuring. She worked timely with all the paperwork and all the steps. This is the third house we have purchased using Mike Hamm as our realtor. He is also our listing agent on our second home for sale. Jennifer responded immediately to our request when we wanted to look at a property. With Jennifers help we found the property we wanted and our offer was accepted. She got our home on the market quickly. The photos and listing of our home brought multiple showings. We sold our home in two days. She made sure that all the paperwork was ready for closing and we had no last minute surprises. Jennifer returned our calls immediately. We hope to be in our forever home but I recomend Jennifer to all my friends and neighbors.
