Karly did an amazing job helping us find our first home. After requesting a tour of a new build through Zillow, we were matched with Karly, and she went above and beyond! We ended up finding our first home, a different one that she had shown us, on the same weekend that we started our home search. Not only was the process quick and simple with Karly, but we also felt at ease throughout the buyer walkthroughs knowing that she had our back. She was able to find things that we wouldn't have noticed until after we moved in. I am so grateful for everything she did to get us into our first home in such a short timeframe.

Karly was an absolute blessing! I met her on Zillow while I was looking at homes in a different state. Karly immediately became my personal realtor! She was very knowledgeable with the area, helping me create an itinerary of homes to view (and ones to scratch off). She chauffeured me and used our time wisely. At closing, Karly noticed an overage and I received a check back for $4,000.00. She has continued to be available and responsive after my home purchase. Karly Dunlap is kind, attentive, dependable, patient and trustworthy; I highly recommend her!!!

Karly is very professional and knows the real estate business inside and out she can answer any questions you can think of she also negotiated a major plumbing refit as part of the sale I can’t say enough good things she definitely has her clients best interests at heart Karly always gets back to messages in a very expedient manner she’s extremely patient we never felt rushed or overwhelmed with the process we immediately felt very comfortable with Karly she manages her home and professional life seamlessly there we many instances where we were talking about business long after normal working hours that is a skill set that requires organization and commitment their were times I felt bad and Karly would always reassured us that she understood and it was never a problem that’s dedication we have friends that are thinking about making the move south I’ve told all of them how nice southern Alabama is and how great our real estate agent was and if the decide to make the move let me know I have a great agent her name is Karly Dunlap.

Selling my home after moving out of state was made easy with Jaime Cooper and her team. She is very professional, always available to answer questions, and on top of all the many details throughout the process. She kept me informed at every turn. Professional photos were taken adding to the quality of marketing and presentation of the home. Jaime has the expertise and knowledge to get the job done. She loves what she does and it shows. I would not hesitate to call on her again.
