Cynthia is absolutely amazing! We did something we swore we'd never do: make an offer on a house sight unseen. We connected with Cynthia on the recommendation of our realtor in the city we moved from and she and her team moved mountains to help us purchase our new home with confidence--including touring the property personally and getting us connected with local financing, inspectors, and contractors. In addition, Cynthia knows the area extremely well, including the geography, the people, and the culture, and we credit her with paving the way for us to start settling in to our new world. We highly recommend Cynthia McAllister!

Cynthia covered the entire experience for us as we sold our home in Daphne in a week and a day, choosing between multiple offers, during a global pandemic. She (and Matt) guided us through the process and took the mystery away. She helped stage our furniture and had professional photos taken that accentuated our space. She also marketed the home well enough to schedule over 25 home visits in the first six days on the market. We had to leave the house because it was showing so frequently. I hope I am done relocating for a while but for anyone on the Eastern Shore, I couldn't recommend Cynthia enough.

The McAllisters were outstanding in their helpfulness, resourcefulness and willingness to go above and beyond the scope of their job description to aid us in the sale of our deceased parents estate. Because we live 10 hours away from the site of the property we relied heavily on their assistance with the odds and ends that came up outside of and during the listing and property sale process. I cannot express enough how professional, courteous, prompt, and communicative Cynthia and her husband and staff were with us! Dealing with the loss of a parent is difficult, but they were outstanding, compassionate and beyond helpful with all our needs. I am thoroughly impressed with this team of sales professionals and the final product of their efforts. Fantastic and well done!

Selling my house with Cynthia was, hands down, the best real estate experience I have ever had (and I've had a lot). She is accessible, responsive, very knowledgeable about the area and market, committed to her clients, and actively markets her properties. She went above and beyond to make my deal happen, and I appreciate that greatly. My house sale was court-ordered (divorce), so Cynthia had the added challenge of working with both my ex-wife and me separately.
