Michelle and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a specific timeline I wanted photos, listing, open houses etc. done and she made sure everything happened as I requested. In the end we ended up with 21 offers!! She then worked diligently to compile them and work through them with me to find me the best one. Throughout the process she and her team were very helpful in answering all of my questions any time I had them. In the end, I made a substantial profit on my home that I had not anticipated and it is all due to her team. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a flawless sale of their home. I have no doubt they will provide the same excellent service with a buyer as well!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Michelle Patterson is at her job and as a person. When I decided to list my house, she made the process smooth. The pictures and listing were awesome. She was very knowledgeable, came up with a great listing price, and stuck to it. Her help, knowledge, and positive attitude throughout the whole process was such a big deal. I am so glad I chose her.

Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make our search for the perfect house a breeze. It was a very easy and a much less stressful experience. We hadn't purchased a house is 25 years, so we might as well have been 1st time buyers, but Michelle and her team were there to answer every question.
