I happened upon Ashley and Chord Real Estate when she had a listing next door, and that seller spoke very highly of her. I cannot say enough about she and her team. They handled everything involving my sale with the utmost professionalism - from contract to staging to showings to the sale. Though my house was on the market during the worst possible time - the November/December holiday period - she still got it sold promptly. She stood up for me when it came to negotiating a price and the inspection and requested repairs. I don't think that you can go wrong when it comes to choosing Ashley and Chord Real Estate!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ashley and CHORD. I moved from another state and had quite a tight budget but have been treated as if I was buying a multi million dollar home! Her advice, attentiveness and professionalism have been invaluable! As I got near closing, her office sent links for moving tips and utility services which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this agency!

You can not find anyone better than Ashley and Chord Real Estate. They go above and beyond in every single way, making both the buying and selling process better! We've bought and sold twice with them and can not brag on them enough. They have the best staging, the best advice, and will work their tails off to make sure you have the best experience.

Ashley was so amazing to us! We never had unanswered questions and she is truly a pleasure to work with! The chord team made selling our house such an easy stress free process! The whole team is so great! They gained us as a lifetime client! They sold our house in 3 weeks!!!
