I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ashley and CHORD. I moved from another state and had quite a tight budget but have been treated as if I was buying a multi million dollar home! Her advice, attentiveness and professionalism have been invaluable! As I got near closing, her office sent links for moving tips and utility services which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this agency!

You can not find anyone better than Ashley and Chord Real Estate. They go above and beyond in every single way, making both the buying and selling process better! We've bought and sold twice with them and can not brag on them enough. They have the best staging, the best advice, and will work their tails off to make sure you have the best experience.

I've read on one of these testimonials that the customer didn't know where to begin. At the risk of over-using that phrase, I have to say that Ashley Luther's list of positive attributes begin with her warm, friendly, genuine desire to know you and ends with her satisfaction for having helped her client. During the process we experienced her willingness to make her time our own. No phone calls or messages went unanswered or returned. Not only was our home of 13 years sold at a great price but Ashley was also very instrumental in helping us find our next home. Her ability to review contracts and inspect property made us feel very comfortable with our new purchase. Nothing in either transaction was left up to chance. Her years of experience in real estate practice and contacts with trades professionals of repair, design and remodeling, gave us the luxury of one-stop shopping. Ashley and husband Steve are incredible representatives of the real estate business. Their combined talents, along with those of Van and Alexis (their design pros) have established a new standard. We love this team! They are willing to do anything to help make this process smooth, even delivering toilet paper during a shortage! Our home was under contract within 5 days of hitting the market and they helped us find the perfect home to move to before it even hit the market. Grateful for them!
