Michele is amazing! We moved to the Boston area from out-of-state, and she guided us through a very tough market. With her help, we were able to purchase a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Michele viewed many homes with us to assist us with finding the right one and was incredibly helpful in terms of structuring competitive offers, spotting issues with prospective properties, and providing advice regarding neighborhoods based on our needs. Michele has extensive connections in the area and gave us referrals for an attorney, mortgage broker, painter, flooring specialist, etc., all of whom provided excellent service. We could not have asked for a better realtor!

Michele recently helped me buy a condo in Brookline. She was fantastic. When I initially contacted her, she responded very quickly with some options. She showed me several nice properties in my price range, and she helped me think about the pros and cons of each, while also respecting my own preferences. She was able to get useful but hard-to-find information on some of these properties via her social networks in the business, which are extensive. She handled the negotiations (which were a bit complex) throughout the entire process. I felt she was very effective in nudging me toward the best outcome I could realistically expect, balancing my goals with some useful doses of reality. In the end, I was able to close on a property that I really love, and this is helping me turn a corner in my mental health also. Michele is the best in the business: I would not want to work with anybody else.

I returned to Michele having sold and bought with her just over 20 years ago; all of my positive memories were reconfirmed and then some. Michele has it all - she is warm, tactful, collaborative, as well as assertive, clear-spoken and firm in her leadership at every step. She will get the process going, know when to regroup and make strategic adjustments, all with a fine-tuned understanding of the nuances of the local market and how best to position your property. She and her team are on top of every step and detail all the way through to closing. I believe that Michele's rare combination of warmth, integrity, savvy, knowledge of the business, ability to relate to all kinds of folks, attention to detail, patience, industriousness and realistic brand of optimism are hard to match and I can't imagine having gotten through the sale of my family home with anyone else at the helm.

This was the second time we used the Michele Friedler Team to sell our home. Michele has tremendous knowledge of the local market, excellent marketing and negotiating skills and is always calm, collected and on top of things. She is very personable and a pleasure to interact with.

Michele is extremely well-connected and has an intimate knowledge of the area. She was a great advisor for us in finding the perfect home, not pushing us into something we didn't want, but always providing the insight and perspective we needed.
