Michael is an amazing person first, and also an amazing agent. In 25 years owning a construction business and around 30 rental properties, honestly, he is easily in the top 5 people I have ever done any kind of business with. If you have a property to sell, this is your man. You literally could not ask for a higher level of service than what he provides. Communicating every essential step in the process. He also has connections with some great contractors so I could do a full renovation of my condo before sale. I'm being totally serious, I can't believe how GOOD this guy is. I wish I owned more properties there for him to sell. If you're looking for a good rental I have no doubt he can help you find one, as he owns some nice ones himself. This is the kind of agent you want working with you.
