Michael made the whole process of home buying in Henderson a pleasure. He took extra time answering all of our questions and was able to add us to his schedule which was very convenient for us. He always got right back to us via phone, text or email and never had us feeling like he was not available. We'll definitely use Michael again if we purchase future properties and will highly reccomend him to friends and family that are interested in the Vegas/Henderson area!

One of Michael's strongest assets is communication from day one until closing Michael was there with pertinent information and instructions. He conducted a broker open house, and many individual showings for potential buyers always giving us adequate time to prepare the house for the best showing it possible. We have sold 17 homes in our lives and this is without a doubt our best experience with a realtor. We highly recommend Michael to anyone who wants to sell their property in a timely and professional manner.

I can safely say that without Mike's help, we would not have closed on our new house. We loved the house when we first saw it but the house was in probate and without Mike's experience in the probate process, we would have walked away. Mike is a first rate communicator, is super responsive and organized and knows the market and the sales process really well. He has a great feel for home prices and he helped get us a super deal on our new home. Do not hesitate to call mike if you need help buying or selling a home. 110% recommended.
