Nate was outstanding to work with. He guided me through the entire process at a time when I knew very little and was extremely informative in answering all of my questions. His professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. Nate also has a great sense of humor, genuinely looks out for your best interests, and stays on top of everything that needs to be done. He is a remarkable young man and exactly the kind of gentleman you would want by your side for your real estate needs.

Thalia is an amazing realtor! 10/10! 5 stars! As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect or what the process of buying a home was. Thalia was amazing when she sat down with me and walked me through each and every step. She is extremely knowledgeable, and always available. I really appreciated her efficiency; Thalia works at the buyers pace, and when she says something will get done…..it gets done. She was always available to answer any and all of my questions….at anytime of the day! I am so happy Thalia was my realtor, and if I ever need to buy or sell a property, I will be calling Thalia back.

Brandon is phenomenal and is no question the best agent I could've had for my most recent home buying experience. I worked with him two years ago and his patience and attention to detail carried us through to a phenomenal deal where I even received cash back at the closing table. He knew how to get things done then and definitely got the job done for this recent purchase. I presented him with a vision for an addition to my real estate portfolio and he delivered. I wanted a classic Chicago Bungalow in a quiet neighborhood that had rehab potential and I wanted to combine these elements into a single VA Construction loan. It wasn't easy but with his tremendous network, expertise, and drive to see things through to the end, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. It doesn't matter what you present, Brandon and his team will get it done.
