Michael was an absolute joy to work with. He guided us through a complex purchase and helped us navigate our way across the finish line. Michael connected us with great resources and contractors And his extensive knowledge of the Palm Desert, and Coachella Valley area, had us settled in to our new community much quicker than we had expected. Michael assisted us in selling our home over the holidays due to his bringing three separate buyers to make offers. Although the negotiations were over an extended period of time Michael was always available and responded in a timely manner. The result was to our satisfaction and would select Michael in any future real estate transactions.

Mike did a great job on landing me a perfect home at Andalusia, couldn’t have done it without him! We went and searched other properties and locations but with his skill and expertise of desert areas were we able to lock in on Andalusia.

Used Michael to sell a fully remodeled home this past fall. He ended up representing the buyer and the seller. His efforts were weighted heavily towards the buyer and did the minimum necessary to represent me as the seller which was unfortunate in that he earned higher commission for this sale. Once the funds were dispersed, he ceased communicating with us and refused to assist us on finishing the contract. He did not offer to assist/advise us on the counter offer nor the conditions. We have bought and sold 8 homes in 6 years and can tell you we have not had such lackluster performance from a realtor and the Bennion Deville team.

I highly recommend Michael for any real estate needs. He made himself very accessible to us. He was knowledgeable and most of all very honest with answers to our questions. I feel the sale was meant to be and a big part of that was Michael's participation as the listing agent. Can buying a home be fun? Yes, it was.
