I recently tried working with Amirah to rent a home that she had managed. First it took her a week to even reply to my inquiry - Not a great response time if you're an owner hoping to have your home rented quickly and given priority, so beware of this alone. After submitting a comprehensive application including background checks, credit reports, tax returns, etc., Amirah insisted this was not enough (despite clearly showing that I'm a qualified candidate). She requested that I complete a second, tedious, repetitive paper application. I refused to do so, and the home remains vacant.

I'm so thankful that my husband and I chose to work with Amirah to buy our home. She came highly recommended by a top agent in the Seattle market - someone we had worked with several times, so we knew we were in good hands. We wanted to buy in the area but knew very little about it, especially from a home investment perspective. As a Palm Desert native, Amirah provided tremendous insight - to include what areas would be a good fit based on our lifestyle, needs, and potential rental perspective. Amirah was excellent about communication throughout the entire process, always prompt to respond, and thorough about the information she provided. As absentee buyers, we had to rely on her to be our eyes and ears for just about everything. I can honestly say that I'm not sure we could have done this if it weren't for her. Amirah's negotiating strategies were fantastic, and she's the kind of agent who works well with other agents, which only helped make the process that much easier. She's honest, straightforward, and a true pleasure to work with. In addition, Amirah has many relationships with excellent contractors and vendors, so it has been especially nice having immediate access to services such as pest control, landscapers, handymen, pool cleaners, etc. I cannot say enough about Amirah. She's the best of the best. I highly recommend!

Amirah is a life-long resident of the Palm Desert area. We knew immediately during one of her open houses that she was different from other agents in that she gave us all kinds of great information about the area and taxes and utilities. She was so informative that we chose her to be our agent to help us locate a house in the area. We worked with her for a few months before we bought and she was fantastic. We were living in Seattle so she was our local guide. I can't begin to describe how she went above and beyond our expectations. Amirah is very detailed oriented and provides a made it marketing skills to sell your home for the best price. She goes the extra mile for her clients. Great experience
