Cory is amazing! On top of every detail and ahead of every step. We've worked with Cory through five different purchases and trust him with every detail and challenge. Cory is an amazing realtor! He came highly recommended from the Realtor selling my home. As a buyer from Central Washington who’d only been to the Coachella Valley 3 or 4 times, Cory’s knowledge of everything to do with the Valley was a true blessing. While in Washington waiting for my house to sell, I sent Cory listings that interested me and he took the time to go over the pros and cons of each one. He has an extensive knowledge of each community and neighborhood. He really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in my new home. I felt like Cory was as driven and excited to find the right property for me as I was. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

What started out as a dream of purchasing real estate in California, quickly turned into a seemingly never-ending list of questions that could never have been answered if we hadn't been connected with Cory Alan. Living in the Pacific Northwest, put us at a geographical disadvantage in terms of being able to just "drop" into the Palm Springs area to check things out. After doing our initial research on-line and taking one trip to the Coachella Valley to meet Cory, everything was smooth sailing after that. Our first impression of Cory was very positive. In fact, it was as though we were meeting with a friend who truly had our best interests at heart. Cory was very responsive to every question we had. It was also evident that Cory was very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He explained the current trends in the real-estate market and helped us make decisions that we could never have made without his expertise. During our visit, Cory respected our time constraints and made himself available to personally show us listed properties to consider. Although the initial trip to California was very important, it was the service we received from Cory once we returned home that was so remarkable! Cory's dedication and streamlined professionalism continued as we navigated through the process. As a result, we bought a home and also made our first friend in California! RDM

What can I say other than Cory is the absolute best! Passionate about real estate and driven by the desire to find the perfect property for each client.
