Reached out to Michael with excitement to make an offer on 3816 Riverside. After one message, confirming that the property was still available, he completely ghosted. I’ve followed up four times now and still haven’t received a response. Regardless of whether the property is still available now or not, the lack of response after multiple follow ups is incredibly disappointing.

I have bought and sold multiple homes with Mike. Every experience was great. He is very responsive, there were a few time when a house came on the market and he was able to arrange his schedule so that we could get in to view the house the same day. He is also very honest, he will look things over thoroughly and give you his honest opinion on the house. He is not one of those realtors that just tries to get the sale. He would rather lose out on the sale and eventually get you into your dream home then sell you a home that is not the right fit. Overall I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, and I will be using him the next time I buy/sell a house.

I'm in the process of buying investment properties. Mike shows up to the first showing (before my wife and I arrived) with his boots on and a flashlight in his hand. He's inspected the exterior of the home and then takes his flashlight and shows us shadows on the walls where they are warped or have been repaired. This one was a no go! All because Mike knows what he's looking for. Great job!

I had a great experience buying and selling with Power House. Would highly recommend them. Very prompt to answer my question and took time showing me houses when buying.
