Kim [and her team] have always done a outstanding job assisting us with either the purchase or sale of our investment properties. Her years of experience and intimate knowledge of Northern Ohio (especially the Cleveland sub-markets), have been key in finding investment properties, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing deals. Kathy Dodge is a top notch real estate agent. We moved from Akron, OH to Wyoming Village, Richmond Township, RI.
