Jill was fantastic throughout the whole process! The first couple of houses we looked at didn’t pan out, and she was very open about saving both our time by letting me know disclosures on one of the homes I was interested in before we even went to view it ( I decided not to based on her openness). she was very reassuring that it would take patience, and when I fell in love and told her I wanted to make an offer, she made it a priority to get things moving for me. 10/10 would recommend her!

As first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Joe. He made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free from start to finish. From the very first showing, Joe took the time to point out potential concerns, explain what to look for in each property, and offer honest, thoughtful feedback about value, never once making us feel pressured or rushed. Joe went above and beyond in every way, keeping clear and consistent communication with us, the seller's agent, and our lender. He even drove all the way out to our new home to personally check that our sump pump was working after we received conflicting information. Throughout the process, Joe was patient, responsive, and genuinely kind, always taking time to answer our many questions. We couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking to buy a home, but especially to first-time buyers!

Charlyn was very easy to work with! She was beyond 5 stars with communication and responsiveness which I believe is the most important part for us customers. She was very professional which goes to show why everything was able to happen so quick. If you are thinking about buying a house, I would 100% recommend Char Carson!

Marina was phenomenal to work! She assisted me with finding the perfect house that was best suited for my family and my budget. I never felt pressured or uneasy about making my offer. She has impeccable negotiation skills which helped me get the best deal. She also has trusted relationships with everyone involved so in the home buying process which put my mind at ease, knowing that the whole team was working for my best interests. And not to mention she got the job done in record time, just as advertised. I will always highly recommend her to anyone I know who wants to buy a home. Working with Zach has been a great experience. It went from just being a look and see on the site to truly working with him. He was able to answer any question I had big or small. And with the scheduled I work he really put a lot of effort to keep in contact in the process late at night or first thing in the morning. I highly would recommend Zach, he goes above and beyond and is a real down to earth person.
