Mary Beth was an absolute delight to work with! We were purchasing a home in an area we were not familiar with and her knowledge of the area and authentic counsel provided us the best options that led us to a final decision. Mary Beth did a terrific job for me on a lengthy home search process. She gave honest feedback about properties that were not good fits and helped me stay disciplined during the search process. I am a first-time home buyer and worked with Mary Beth to close on my house. I had previously worked with two other agents and was not pleased with how I just felt they wanted their commission and didn’t guide me in the process. Mary Beth was a game-changer for me, she helped me find houses that I wasn’t aware of and modified her search based on my input, not to mention she connected me to a team who drafted my offer in <1 hr. She is very fast when the ideal house comes along and helps you draft your offer to make it more appealing for the sellers, which doesn’t necessarily make you spend more money. Considering that my budget was very modest, she nonetheless treated me with great care and attention, so I highly recommend anyone to work with Mary Beth.

Mary Beth was amazing to work with. She combines high skill with high touch. She’s always available and responsive. We had a unique situation that required special care and she was incredibly understanding and always creatively solved problems with me. She combines the highest level of competence with empathy and caring, and achieved a record high sale in my home category for me. Can’t recommend her and the Wasilko team enough.

I cannot imagine having embarked on buying our first home with anyone other than Mary Beth! She made the home buying process an absolute breeze. I felt like I had lots of questions throughout the process and she was never bothered and extremely responsive to each and every question, making the entire process not seem so scary for our first time. Mary Beth is collaborative, attentive to the needs of the buyer, quick to respond, and honest! Her honesty throughout the process was so helpful and created a strong trusting relationship. She was available whenever we found a house to see or able to always make other arrangements so we didn’t miss an opportunity. She’s extremely professional and personable and has continued helping us even beyond the closing process.
