Run...don't walk.... to Mary Beth as your realtor! I could not be happier with my experience as a seller. My house was sold in seventeen days with a cash offer and we were able to close even earlier than expected. Mary Beth was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and well connected. She referred me to a local flooring company who provided a reasonably priced carpet install to put the finishing touches on the house before sale. Honestly everything worked like a charm for the entire sale process. She made everything easy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We found Mary Beth on Zillow Ratings. We picked three highly rated agents and did phone interviews. From the start of the call with Mary Beth, it was like talking to an old friend! She grew up in Bay Village where we wanted to buy and had years of experience selling in this area. She was very honest up front, letting us know that we would be hard pressed to find a house with all the things we wanted, due to low availability and high competition in this area. She was very patient, available and was always communicating during our long, five-month search. We ended up with a beautiful house in a great location that met most of our criteria. A bonus was it was only four years old and had wonderful lake views. She helped us formulate a winning offer in a competitive bidding war. After we moved in, she had lists of very good contractors who helped us remodel parts of the house to our tastes. They all talked about how they enjoy working with her and expedited starting work on our projects because of that. Not a normal thing in today's environment. It was a long journey, but it paid off in the end. We would highly recommend Mary Beth!

I can't recommend Mary Beth enough to those looking for a Realtor. Not only did she do a great job negotiating my deal, but she had a network of professional to lean on for great mortgage rates, painters, and more. I can't recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Mary Beth. She is hands down the best agent you can find. She has a deep knowledge of the area, has an intuitive and impressively accurate understanding of the market, is a skilled negotiator who knows all the ways to make a competitive offer, and is an extremely hard worker, always available, checking in, and responding quickly. Most importantly, she took into account and respected all of our requirements in a home, no matter how restrictive they were. She was always patient with us when we said no to a great home for whatever reason. As first-time buyers, she ensured we were comfortable with and excited about what is a huge purchase. She will tell you after walking in the door if a house isn't the one for you, something our previous agent wouldn't do. And she knows houses. At every showing, she had advice on what could be upgraded for value, what was good and what was bad, and very specific reasons why a home might be under- or over-priced. On top of all this, she is a very nice and caring person who takes the time to learn about you. Everyone we have run into that knows her has had nothing but glowing reviews, including other agents who seem to hold her in the highest regard. Without Mary Beth, we would probably still be lost looking. Thank you, Mary Beth.

After nearly 20 years in New York City, my wife and I moved to Cleveland for a new job opportunity.
