I was an out of state buyer. Adam was too lazy to figure out the cost of the HOA on the listing was wrong. He was too lazy to do any due diligence and uncover that fact that the pool in the community is not functional, never has been. Every other realtor in town knows this as soon as I mention the name of the community to them. The listing agent lied to him about many things and he did nothing about it. It was bad. I now live in a house with a more expensive HOA than I thought and a house I would not have bought had I known there actually isn’t a pool in the community. Lots of realtors out there. Might want to find a different one.

We had an opportunity to work with Alexandra again and it was great! She made the process very seamless and easy for us and with all of the great advertisements that was done we were able to sell very quickly! Even though I was 200 miles away during our selling process she made it seem like she was with us in person the whole time! Adam did a great job working with us. It was 30 years since we last sold any property and he answered all of our questions and updated us on the process changes to current date.

Alexandra is awesome. She was excellent from start to finish and made sure I understood every step of the process. She helped me research the market and did a great job finding comps, which made me feel confident and comfortable when putting together my offer. When I ran into some financing issues, Alexandra reassured me and clearly explained the process. She even offered to help explore other loan options, which really showed that she had my best interests in mind. With any luck, I’ll have this property renovated and back on the market in a few months, and I’ll absolutely be using Alexandra again to help sell it and to find my next flip. Highly recommend.

Working with Adam was such a great experience. Immediately after deciding on selling, Adam took the reins and made it smooth. Even when unexpected things came about he helped to smooth them over.b I would definitely recommend Adam when buying or selling a home or investment property in Cleveland.
