As a first time home buyer having Jeremy as my realtor was extremely helpful. With all of his years of experience and knowledge as a realtor was invaluable. In the homes that we went to look at he wouldn’t hesitate to point out problems inside the homes. This gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure the home that I bought would be one that was right for me. I have already recommend him to multiple friends, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Jeremy is a fantastic realtor!!! Being a first-time homebuyer, he educated me on the process and provided guidance during my search. Jeremy and his team were awesome when it came to helping me buy a rental house in my homeland. I hadn't lived in Northeast Ohio for almost 20 years, but wanted to have a place in Ohio City for when I visit my parents, and also to rent out when I'm not visiting. He helped me understand and navigate the market for four months so that when the right property showed up, we were ready to strike. It was a popular property, and had 12 offers, but we built the perfect bid to win by a single thousand dollars. Very pleased with the process---Jeremy and his team are highly recommended!
