We were referred to Melissa when buying our new DR Horton home, and I truly wish my family had found her years ago! If we had, we would’ve been in the right home so much sooner. Melissa guided us through both buying and selling, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows her stuff, but she’s also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. No matter the time of day, Melissa was always there to answer our questions and pick up the phone. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. Melissa and Brent exceeded what we were looking for in real estate agents. They are very knowledgeable and have tons of common sense as well. They guided us from preparing our home prior to listing all the way through the closing of our purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

I have bought 2 homes and sold 3 homes with Melissa. Going through this process several times has taught me the most important qualities to look for in a realtor are knowledge, communication, promptness, and comfort. Melissa has mastered these qualities and I am endlessly grateful to have been able to work with her. She also has an extensive list of contacts for any service you could need when selling a home. From lenders to inspectors, plumbers to handymen, anything you need she’s got a great contact for. Bonus points that those contacts are always also amazing! Selling and buying a home can be one of the most stressful life events and she made the process nearly effortless for me as a client.
