Melissa had great skills in not only helping us to sell our house in 6 days but to help us find our new forever home! We didn't make it easy on her after starting a contract on one home then deciding to back out due to unforseen cost in fixing it up and then trying to find a home that we could rent while buying due to us having to be out of our home before we could close and having to do some hard negotiations with the seller to allow that to happen to renegotiating the price of the home when the appraised came in $10,000 less than we were paying. Couldn't of got the deal we did without her fighting for us. She never refused to continually take us out for showings. I would totally recommend her to everyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Melissa is an excellent realtor. She was our instructor, our advocate, and our cheerleader through the whole process. She made the entire process seem easy and she made sure everything was done efficiently on both sides of the equation. She kept us updated as soon as anything changed and was always available to answer questions. I would strongly recommend Melissa as a realtor to anyone in Northeast Ohio.

After dealing with the same agent for several years I met Melissa. After signing with her, my home sold within 30 days. Melissa made the entire process so easy even going as far as helping me find a rental. Having Melissa by my side making my purchase as easy as she made the sale. Melissa was awesome! She helped my wife and I maneuver easily and quickly through the whole buying and closing process. As a first time home buyer she understood the stress and anxiety it can cause and was very patient and took the time to explain things in detail that greatly helped lessen the concern that can happen. Took the extra effort and was very thorough. Would highly recommend.
