Matt & Jordan did an incredible job helping me buy my first home. I was completely new to the enite process, and Matt and Jordan made it as simple as possible every step of the way, proviging excellent advisory support. I was recommeded to engage Matt and Jordan on my search for a home by fiends, and I will continue to recommend Matt & Jordan to anyone that asks (or doeesnt!). Matt and Jordan were patient with us as we seached for our "perfect" home, and encouraged us to ask questions or continue to explore as many properties as we desire. Given that it ws the first time I was going through the process, Matt and Jordan made sure they asked all of the important questions to each selling agent to ensure we was making an informed decision. They also had excellent partners for inspections and other services throughout the process. They were available at a moments notice to answer any quations or help with anything else. We will certainly engage Matt & Jordan on our furure real estate transactions.

Working with Matt to sell our home in the Sedgefield neighborhood in Charlotte was a great experience! Matt is extremely knowledgeable of the local market and national trends, is patient and calm throughout the entire process from the first meeting all the way through to closing date and went out of his way to assist in getting our home ready for showings - even met with our contractor when we couldn’t be present. He was quick to respond to any question or concern - did not matter what day of the week or time of day we were reaching out to him. Once the house hit the market he got multiple offers over asking price and under contract in 48 hours! We highly recommend Matt if planning to sell or buy your home!

I’ve got nothing negative to say after working with Matt. Matt was extremely helpful in the process of selling my home. his connections were incredibly valuable. He executed very quickly with short notice. Photographs and staging were very professional. If you are seeking a hardworking and professional real estate agent- Matt is a great option!

I’ve used Matt twice now. Once to purchase and once to sell. He’s by far the most knowledge realtor I’ve ever worked with before. He keeps thing real and honest (wish is so important) stays in communication and genuinely puts as much effort into your purchase/sale as he would his own personal property. He was never too busy or unresponsive for me. I’m high strung and emotional and his expertise and commitment to my process really helped keep me ground through deal. Actually, when it was time for me to purchase a new property, out of state, I often found myself reaching out to Matt for his advice rather than the local realtor in my new state. That’s how much I value his feedback. You’re going to get the most out of your experience working with him.
