Mary is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling. She is always quick to respond to questions or concerns. Mary takes the time to show homes when your time allows. The entire process of retiring and purchasing in Exeter was amazing. I am ready to begin the next chapter of my life and couldn't have done it without her support. I have no doubt I have made the correct decision for my home purchase.

Mary was excellent in all respects—most highly recommended! She has a vast knowledge of the housing market in our neighborhood and had sold some our neighbors’ homes previously. Her team helped us stage the house and that made a big difference. Our buyer knew and trusted Mary, which greatly facilitated the sale. Mary was active at all stages of the selling process.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been with Mary Strathern at Berkshire Hathaway. I recently bought a house with Mary's help and it was such an easy, smooth, pleasant process that I could not have been happier. I have been looking for a house for over a year in this awful time of real estate uncertainty and Mary's experience and guidance was truly the only thing that got me through. There were so many times that I wanted to plunge in and get in over my head either financially or with just too much house, but fortunately her cooler mind prevailed. She was there to help ME and not just sell me a house. It was a great feeling. She was my third realtor and well worth the wait. She is now well on her way to selling my condo and again...I could not be happier! I would recommend Mary to any and every one. She truly is the best.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Mary was wonderfully supportive throughout the process. She was kind, professional and always responsive. Mary made sure we understood everything along the way and was patient when we had new homebuyer questions. Even when last minute hiccups appeared beyond everyone's control she was able to put in all the extra time needed to assure us a smooth closing. Thanks Mary!

Mary is an excellent realtor that goes far beyond the traditional duties of a realtor to ensure her client is getting exactly what they are looking for. Our experience with Mary has been top notch. Moving across country is stressful enough, we never had one ounce of stress when it came to looking for a home, purchasing and closing on our new home all thanks to Mary.
