We met Jen at an open house and immediately clicked. When we found a place we loved in Maine, we knew she was the one to call. Christian Ehlers was recommended to me by my mortgage broker, and I couldn’t be happier with the referral. Although I didn’t work with Christian for very long before I found my house, he was always on top of everything. He was extremely professional, not only quick to answer my texts and calls but also proactive in reaching out to check in and make sure things were moving forward. Christian truly understands the multifamily market, and he used that knowledge to help me land the right property. He’s young, ambitious, and already a skilled negotiator—he was able to get me about $11,500 off at closing, which is incredible in today’s market. On top of that, he’s just a great guy to work with—easy to get along with, very relatable, and made the whole process a smooth experience.
