We were contacted and brought back to a house by the seller’s agent, Michael's team, who owns the listing. The experience was a complete waste of time. Michael was unable to get a response from the seller for days. It took five days to receive half a response, and then we were told he might be able to talk to the seller again in another five days. That level of delays and the lack of urgency or ownership for his listing is unacceptable, especially in today’s market. It became obvious that Michael has little understanding of current market conditions and no ability to educate or guide his clients through a real estate transaction. He could not negotiate, could not communicate, and could not bring the deal anywhere close to completion. He made commitments that were never followed through on and avoided difficult conversations instead of addressing them directly. If you’re looking for an agent who can actually represent your interests and close a deal, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We met Jen at an open house and immediately clicked. When we found a place we loved in Maine, we knew she was the one to call. Christian Ehlers was recommended to me by my mortgage broker, and I couldn’t be happier with the referral. He was extremely professional, not only quick to answer my texts and calls but also proactive in reaching out to check in and make sure things were moving forward. Mike did a great job with this sale- It was an inherited property with several family members- He took all the obstacles of the sale and smoothed them down like beach glass. Great job!

Christian was absolutely incredible during the whole process. Honest, hardworking, and communicative during the whole process. As a first time home buyer he was the best agent we worked with.
