Christian Ehlers was recommended to me by my mortgage broker, and I couldn’t be happier with the referral. Although I didn’t work with Christian for very long before I found my house, he was always on top of everything. He was extremely professional, not only quick to answer my texts and calls but also proactive in reaching out to check in and make sure things were moving forward. Christian truly understands the multifamily market, and he used that knowledge to help me land the right property. He’s young, ambitious, and already a skilled negotiator—he was able to get me about $11,500 off at closing, which is incredible in today’s market. On top of that, he’s just a great guy to work with—easy to get along with, very relatable, and made the whole process a smooth experience. He’s not your typical fly-by-night real estate agent just looking for a check. I’d had a few unpleasant experiences before, and Christian was the complete opposite—he genuinely cared about making sure everything went well for me.
