We used Marci as our buyers agent, we bought a new condo in October 2025. The closing process took approximately 90 days with our lender do to the fact it was still under construction. During that period she was extremely helpful with the agent representing the seller as well as the contractor getting all of the necessary documents from them over to the lender. She also was very familiar with the lender process which helped a great deal when we had questions. We highly recommend her for her knowledge of the area, her responsiveness and her general professionalism.

We worked with Sabrina Saulnier from Marci & Co Realty and she was fantastic to work with and helped us stay organized through the entire process of closing on our new home! Everything would have been much more stressful without her but she was able to smoothly manage interactions and follow ups with all the various parties involved when buying a house. Highly recommend Sabrina and team!

Marci and her team are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us with our home search. They've been in the market a long time and it showed. They kept us ahead of upcoming listings, guided our offer strategy, and helped us navigate the entire process from start to finish. What really set Marci apart, though, was her commitment after closing. I expected her to move on like most agents, especially during the busy season. Instead, she continued to check in regularly, offering excellent referrals for any work we needed done (all of whom turned out to be top-notch). She even showed up on a Sunday morning to meet a contractor for us while we were out of town, and this was two weeks after closing! Lots of similar examples throughout the whole process that speak to her character and commitment. If you want someone who truly goes above and beyond, not just in finding and negotiating your home, but in making sure your taken care of after you move in, Marci is your best choice

I have had the opportunity to work with Marci & Co on several different properties. I can say, without a doubt, they brought great value and were incredibly easy to work with. I initially met Marci when I was selling a property for which she was the buyer's agent. Since that time I have worked with Marci and Co in the transfer of 2 additional properties. Marci and Sabrina make the process seamless with no detail overlooked. Communication is always timely and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Marci is the consummate professional. She is knowledgeable and ethical. We have used Marci several times now and every time she instills such a sense of confidence. We know we are always in good hands with her and she will always do right by us. Marci Francis is the best in the business!
