Working with Megan Croteau was such a gift! She not only helped us to pay attention to the most important details of prepping the house for sale, but walked with us throughout the entire process with any additional questions or concerns. What a pro! The icing on the cake was her thoroughness in communication, since the final docs all had to be finalized long distance from different states and different time zones. If you're in need of a realtor call Meghan immediately! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does! I had the pleasure of working with her as client for both buying and selling my home. She explains everything about the process, step by step, as you go.
