I was referred to Mark Lima by a family member’s trust attorney and it turned out to be the best referral I’ve ever received. We had a home in the trust to sell and living several thousand miles away, it seemed overwhelming. We wondered how many trips we would have to make back to California and how we would find the people to provide the services we needed. After the first meeting with Mark, it was like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. I was able to return home to my obligations there while Mark managed the tasks that needed to be done in California. He has developed a network of reliable, trusted providers. He and his team made the arrangements for everything that was needed including shipping a vehicle, shipping personal items that the family wanted to keep, arranging an estate sale, hauling away items from the home and preparing the home for sale. He demonstrated that he knows how to value a property and how to utilize techniques to successfully sell. Mark and his team were absolutely flawless in helping me work through a family estate as it was located not near myself. He managed to single handily help me clean out the home, stage estate sale, clean and prep home, stage for listing and in a matter of a few days , not weeks, have the home listed and sold at a full listing. Great work and made this so effortless for myself and my family.
