I was referred to Mark Lima by a family member’s trust attorney and it turned out to be the best referral I’ve ever received. We had a home in the trust to sell and living several thousand miles away, it seemed overwhelming. We wondered how many trips we would have to make back to California and how we would find the people to provide the services we needed. After the first meeting with Mark, it was like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. I was able to return home to my obligations there while Mark managed the tasks that needed to be done in California. He has developed a network of reliable, trusted providers. He and his team made the arrangements for everything that was needed including shipping a vehicle, shipping personal items that the family wanted to keep, arranging an estate sale, hauling away items from the home and preparing the home for sale. He demonstrated that he knows how to value a property and how to utilize techniques to successfully sell. This is evidenced by the fact that an offer was accepted and in escrow within a few days of the home going on the market. Mark communicated with me every step of the way. Mark and his team were absolutely flawless in helping me work through a family estate as it was located not near myself. He managed to single handily help me clean out the home, stage estate sale, clean and prep home, stage for listing and in a matter of a few days , not weeks, have the home listed and sold at a full listing. Great work and made this so effortless for myself and my family.

We had the best experience working with Mark Lima and his team! The whole process of preparing, listing, and selling the family home went so smoothly because of their care, communication, and expertise. Mark and his team were professional, personable and extremely competent every step of the way. We were always well informed and kept in the loop. Mark paid attention to detail. He knew what was needed, made sure it got done properly, and in a timely manner. Mark is also a vital part of the local community and it shows in all his connections. Mark Lima was one of several real estate agents recommended by our Estate Attorney to assist with the sale of our deceased sister's condo in LA. He mailed a personalized, hand-written note expressing his sympathy, and provided a detailed marketing plan for the property. My twin sister and I do not live anywhere near California, so Mark's on-the-ground assistance was invaluable. We must have priced it properly as we received six offers after the Open House. While we encountered some difficulties during the process of closing, Mark was always ready to step in when help was needed.

Wish I could give Mark and his team 10 stars not just 5. I had picked Mark's name out of a hat to handle the sale of my sister's somewhat neglected home in Huntington Beach. The family attorney also recommended Mark because of the positive experiences of his other clients. From the initial site visit all the way through recommending vendors to upgrade and stage the house, Mark and Devon held my hand and directed traffic. His advice during the escrow process was very helpful. The house sold in one day for more than we were asking and closed shortly thereafter.
