When Jordan mentioned he'd been around Real Estate his entire life, he definitely meant it. Right out of the gate he was incredibly responsive and very flexible with being able to meet us at potential homes on short notice. Our search took a full 12 months, with the final 6 weeks being a mess of a closing process. Jordan kept us informed throughout, helped understand our options and next steps and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured to pick a property and close. He was also very respectful of our upper limit of the budget we wanted to stay within and didn't attempt to push higher priced properties for a bigger check. Jordan was also very quick to get answers from contractors on estimated costs to fix issues we saw during tours, to help us decide if we'd be able to take on the repairs had we chosen to put in an offer. If there was anything he didn't immediately and confidently know for sure, he ensured he got the right answer from the right professional quickly so we could make an informed decision. All in all, if we move again in the future we'll definitely get his help in listing and buying again.

I bought my dream condo and Shirin served as my realtor. The process was difficult and tedious but I felt supported throughout its entirety. Not only is Shirin extremely kind and friendly, she was so thorough and knowledgeable and always made sure my questions were answered with facts. Shirin is very professional and honest, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Shirin was extremely professional in helping my son and his fiance find the perfect home in Roseville, ca. They were moving from Iowa so her communication was greatly appreciated. She frequently offered us appropriate homes to view, answered all our question quickly and throughly . She treated us like family and was endlessly patient with our many questions. Her bargaining skills were awesome, she got us a great deal! Now that they're in their new home she's been wonderful with helping us find excellent contractors to make the place a perfect home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a competent friendly real estate agent.
