Ben was absolutely amazing every step of the process. He made himself available during times that worked for our schedule. He was always available by phone as well. He met the inspectors at the house. He was hands on during the entire process. There are renters in the house we purchased who have been given a few weeks to move. Ben has been instrumental in helping us contact the necessary parties to ensure a smooth transaction. I would Highly recommend Ben to anybody who is looking to buy a home. He absolutely goes the extra mile!!!

Tina was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. We did about 9 virtual tour in total, put out 2 offers and ended by closing one over the course of the 6-8 weeks. She is knowledgeable and professional. She asked plenty of questions to understand my situation (change of job and move from so cal to nor cal) and what I was looking for (duplex or SFR). She adapted well when needs and requirements changed (started out looking for duplexes and end up liking the SFR more). She would actively research and share her findings or related comps. She maintained a solid stream of communication through email, calls and text. When I put in an offer, she helped me out greatly and guided me along the way. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated this immensely. She had no issue answering my questions about the process or area. If she didn't know, she would get back to me within 1 hr to 1 day. She actively took it on upon herself to resolve issues, which I loved, or take care of issues before I even knew about them. When I put it an offer and it got accepted. She was on top of it and gave me clear direction on what to do next (pay deposits, order inspections, etc). She consistently checked it to make sure everything was good and moving along all the way up until it closed. She really does care and wants the best for you. Can't recommend her enough.
