I've been doing business with Mark since I was his neighbor way back in 2008. This year we decided to sell our house in what turns out to be a wild and volatile market with a lot of uncertainty as to what each day would bring. He led us through the process knowing when to push and when to reign things in. Our house received 5 offers in the the first 36 hours of being on the market and we closed in just three weeks for way over asking price!
