We had the most wonderful experience working with Mark. He helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. It was a seemless and very smooth process. He put me at ease many times when I stressed and overwhelmed. He was readily available to chat and help us out at any time and accommodated what was convenient for us. Mark did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. His expertise and knowledge of Park Hill was exactly what we needed in this highly competitive market. His knowledge of construction along with his foresight in detail, building and remodeling was keen in our experience. Mark worked hard to help us close in only 7 days! As a home buyer, my top needs for an agent are 1) protecting our interests, 2) market/housing knowledge, and 3) negotiation skills for both winning a bid and then getting the transaction to close. Mark knocked it out of the park on all of these. Not to mention, his communication and attention to detail are top notch. Mark's savviness helped us win a very competitive bid and then he guided us through a very tricky closing that had several twists and turns which could have led to us losing the home with a lesser agent. I recommend Mark without hesitation.

Mark is the absolute best!! He helped us with the purchase of our first home, and he made the whole process as smooth as it could’ve possibly been! Everything happened so quickly and without any issues. Mark was always super communicative, knowledgeable, and so helpful, and always answered any questions we had promptly and in detail. He’s so attentive and an amazing negotiator (he’s incredibly good at what he does), and always had our best interest in mind. He went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected, and we are so grateful for all he did for us! We could not be happier with our home, and cannot recommend him highly enough!!
