Lori and her team helped me in a recent move from Texas to Denver. I had a pretty tight timeline, but they made it work. I did much of my looking virtually, Anna was super helpful with doing virtual tours and was great at pointing out issues and details. They made what could have been a stressful process easy. Even after closing, Anna continues to connect me with various contractors. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this team to anyone! As a first time home buyer I really was hoping for a partner through the home buying process and I received just that from Lori and her team! With their help, kindness, and hard work we found my dream home with my dog’s outdoor oasis and all for an amazing price! I can’t say enough good things about Lori and her team!

If you're looking for the best realtor in the Denver area, stop your search! I worked with someone on Lori's team to purchase my home in 2019, and then again to sell it in 2024. Lori's vast experience shines through in every interaction, and she (and you!) have the support of an amazing team behind the scenes. I still interviewed a few realtors before I signed with Lori, just to see what was out there. Lori impressed me with her fast (but not overbearing) communication and follow up, expert knowledge, and flexibility in my feedback. During the process, her whole team took care of my home while we moved out of state. We felt confidant leaving our home in their hands, and they executed every peice of getting the home ready to sell - from junk removal to handy work. Our home was on the market for 3 days before we agreed on a full-price, all-cash offer. From the first interaction to closing, Lori and her team were on top of everything and I would trust them again in a heartbeat!

After the death of both of our parents last year, my brother and I were faced with having to sell their beloved home of 43 years. Lori and her team were very sensitive to the fact that this would not be easy for us but they made the entire process so easy! While our parents' home was very well appointed (mom was an interior designer), it did need some updating aesthetically. Because of her vast knowledge and experience, Lori knew that a flipper would likely come in, gut the place and then immediately re-sell it so she suggested that WE do the renovations to a) get a higher selling price point and b) hopefully sell it to people who would love the house as much as our parents did. Lori hooked us up with an amazing contractor who made the house even more beautiful than it had been! Because of her suggestion, we sold the house for probably $200k more than would have had we kept everything "as is!" We cannot thank Lori and her team for everything they did for us from start to finish! You will NOT go wrong if you hire them to help you sell your house!

Lori is a fantastic realtor! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, funny, and an expert negotiator! We are so grateful for all of the work she did for us in helping us find our home and we are so thankful we got to work with her.
