I would like to thank Mr. Mark Archer for his outstanding professional service. He helped us find the right house and he provided us throughout the buying process with valuable information and advice for negotiation, house building and inspection. He is also a very kind person, honest, and serious agent who loves his job and cares a lot about the satisfaction of his clients, his reputation and the reputation of his company. I would like to mention that the agency has a great YouTube channel, which is a great source of information for people to buy a house. Finally, I strongly recommend Mark to be your agent.

We were SO pleased to work with Mark Archer with Ferris Realty for our home purchase! Mark was knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and everything we had been hoping for as we looked for just the right home in Montgomery! He walked us through all options and when we decided to purchase a new build home he facilitated the journey with the builder and all parties involved. He was available every step of the way and responded to questions very quickly. This is a big move for us as we retire and make TX our new home, coming from Northern VA. Mark was very cognizant of our particular requirements and quickly zoned in on the right properties to consider. We not only felt that Mark was great on a professional level but also feel that we have made a real friend in him. We recommend him highly and as a matter of fact our daughter and son-in-law will be working with him on their move to Houston as well! Many thanks Mark!!

Mark did an excellent job in assisting us with our property purchase. We are from out of state and needed someone who seemed knowledgeable about properties and the differing locations in and around the Houston area and found that Mark was able to answer many of the questions that we had. Mark was very responsive with both emails and texts and made sure to set up calls when necessary. He was very professional every step of the way and we really appreciated his immense patience and understanding of our situation when it came to helping us with the negotiation process. That being said, we would highly recommend using Mark as your future agent and we look forward to having his assistance again in the future.
