I just had the best experience working with Mark as my agent to purchase a new home. There's so many top-notch attributes about Mark I will not be able to cover them all, but a few that stick out, in no particular order, are: 1) His vast knowledge of how homes are built, and important things to look out for that would be unforeseen by the untrained eye. 2) His knowledge of the area, schools, builders, and communities. 3) His knowledge of all the financial moving parts of buying a home, from interest rates, tax structures and everything in between. 4) His friendliness, responsiveness, and willingness to go to negotiate for you. Overall, Mark is absolutely everything you want and need from an agent. I highly recommend him.

Mark Archer helped us every step of the way when we decided we wanted to build our home in the woodlands hills. We are so grateful for his support and guidance along the way. And we are in love with our new home! Highly recommend using Mark as your realtor! My husband and I aren’t great at negotiating/things along those lines, so having Mark in our corner for that was also very helpful!
